Financial Policy 

1.  Tuition is a monthly, flat rate which is due on the first lesson of each month in advance.
2.  A $10.00 Late Fee (per student) will be added if payment is received after the 10th of the month.  This will be strictly enforced as of July 2007.
3.  Tuition, class, recital fees and gift certificates are non-refundable.   Credit may be given on a case by case basis. 

4.  Do not adjust or pro-rate fees for any reason without the authorization of Richard Jones.  A $5.00 fee will be added to your account if fees are adjusted without proper authorization.

How To Make Your Payment

1.  GMA accepts personal checks, and money orders.   Make all checks and money orders out to the Georgetown Music Academy or GMA.


2.  There is a $35.00 fee on all returned checks.  This policy will be strictly enforced!

3.  Please put the student’s name on all payments.  Cash should be placed in an envelope with the student’s name.

4.  Payments may be dropped in a tuition box located inside and a night drop box outside (front right window) at 2425-103 Williams Drive. 

5.  Payments may be mailed to the following address:
